本文介绍了甘蔗糖厂成糖工段洁净区微生物风险分析的部分工作成果。采用经典微生物学方法与分子生物学方法结合,从来自不同工厂成糖洁净区的空气样本、环境及设备表面样本、糖垢样本、生产线样本中分离鉴定出细菌26种(属),酵母12种(属),霉菌22种(属)。其中包括致病性及条件致病性微生物18种(属),致害性微生物5种(属)。成糖工段洁净区微生物风险评估意义重大。
Abstract:
This paper introduces part of the work of microbial risk analysis in the sugar-making section clean area of the sucrose factory. Classical microbiological methods and molecular biology methods were combined to detect air samples, environmental samples, equipment surface samples, scale samples, and production line samples from different factories into sugar clean areas, and 26 species (genus) of bacteria, 12 species (genus) of yeast, and 22 species (genus) of mold were isolated and identified. And they includes 18 species (genus) of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, and 5 species (genus) of harmful microorganisms. Microbiological risk assessment in the sugar-making section clean area of the sucrose factory is significant.
