摘要:
介绍了茴香形态特征、生物学特性、分布及茴香精油的化学成分,从产地和来源、品种、生长发育阶段、不同器官、提取方法、处理方法、贮存过程与条件及栽培条件等方面对茴香精油含量和质量影响因素研究进展及茴香精油的利用进行了综述。
Abstract:
The morphological characteristics and biological properties of fennel, the distribution and chemical composition of fennel essential oil are introduced. The research progress of influence factors for content and quality of fennel essential oil and its utilization are summarized from the aspects of places of origin and source, variety, growth and development stages, different organs, extraction methods, treatment methods, storage process and cultivation conditions.
