摘要:
采用双水相体系L44/Na2CO3提取辣椒碱,考察体系中L44含量、Na2CO3含量、乙醇含量、缓冲液pH、样品添加量、提取时间对辣椒碱提取率的影响。以L44含量、Na2CO3含量、缓冲液pH做正交试验,结果表明:双水相体系为L44/Na2CO3/乙醇为20%:20%:1%,缓冲液pH为2,双水相体系总重为10 g,辣椒精为0.2 g,提取时间为60 min,辣椒碱的提取率达95.6%。
Abstract:
The capsaicin is extracted by using aqueous two-phase system composed of copolymer L44 and Na2CO3. To find the optimal conditions, the partition behavior of capsaicin under an aqueous two-phase system is investigated; the single-factor experiment is conducted, including L44 concentration, polymer concentration, pH of buffer, ethanol concentration, sample loading and extraction time. The orthogonal experiment is applied to investigate the effects of L44 concentration, Na2CO3 concentration, pH of buffer on the yield of capsaicin. It is found that 95.6% capsaicin is extracted in the optimal system, which is L44/Na2CO3/ethanol of 20%:20%:1%, pH of buffer of 2, 0.2 g capsicum oleoresin in 10 g ATPS, extraction time of 60 min.
