                    采用超声波提取法,以乙醇为溶剂对大红袍花椒壳、花椒籽、花椒叶的活性成分进行提取,采用紫外分光光度法测定了提取物对羟基自由基和超氧自由基的清除率,据此评价其抗氧化效果。结果表明:花椒不同部位提取物对这两种自由基具有很好的清除效果,其抗氧化顺序为花椒叶>花椒壳>花椒籽。
                - Abstract:
- 
                     Extract the active ingredients from clovershrub pepper shells, pepper seeds and pepper leafs using ethyl alcohol as the solvent with ultrasonic extraction method , detect the scavenging rate s of hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radical s by UV spectrophotometry to evaluate the antioxidant effects. The results show that the extracts from different parts of pepper have good scavenging effects on these two radicals, the antioxidation sequence is: pepper leafs>pepper shells>pepper seeds
